Let's toss out the idea of a person being ‘ideal’. I am here to help people wherever they are in life. It is an honor to journey alongside another's life as they initiate change and grow. Growth and change are often complex. I want to offer a safe place for people to learn about themselves and thrive. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and hold specializations in grief and loss, legal and ethical issues, and ADHD. I want to help however I am able. I have worked with families and individuals in a variety of ways and items including trauma, depression, anxiety, and school-related issues.
