As a queer/ace Chinese transracial adoptee, I absolutely love working with fellow adoptees, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ identifying individuals. Additionally, I typically work with individuals dealing with grief and loss, wanting to strengthen or build parts of their identities, and/or experiencing general life stressors or transitions. I believe my role as a therapist is to create a space where we can work collaboratively to reach your care goals. I believe mental health, similar to physical health, is not a checklist to be completed or finished. Rather, it is an ongoing exploration and relationship to strengthen and better understand.
