I am a licensed clinical social worker whose primary specialty is assisting adult clients in traveling along their journey. I have been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure CBT. I also provide services to support life transitions, depression and anxiety. These may include young adult transitions toward independence, parenting, empty nesting or retirement, etc. These life transitions can benefit from fresh coping skills. Depression or anxiety can be debilitating across all areas of life and relationships. Treatment is a journey of learning how to regain a sense of control of your own reactions to life events.
