Accepting new clients. I have vast experience working with children, adolescents, adults and elders in a variety of settings who struggle with anxiety, phobias, depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, and life changes. I am non-judgmental, down-to-earth and compassionate. I find great fulfillment in making a genuine connection with my clients and supporting my clients as they make positive changes to attain a greater sense of well-being. I draw from mindfulness and cognitive behavioral approaches to assist my clients in being in the present, feeling more hopeful and positive.
