It is hard to reach out to someone to ask for help especially when you are having to deal with something so personal. Even if that step felt small, I just want to say you're worth it & great job on starting to consider getting help. If you are dealing with a past trauma, anxiety, depression, sexuality, or spirituality then I would love to be able to help. I love working with individuals to help you overcome the challenges you are having & build a life worth living, whatever that is for you. I pride myself on creating a judgement free space with validation, helping you process, & learn what you need to help you grow. In the clinical field, I have experience and knowledge surrounding these areas with all ages since I started in working in the mental health field in 2010. Through my experience, I have an understanding over all levels of care with mental health. I have had extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Cognitive Behavioral(CBT) & trauma as well.
