Sarah has training and experience helping individuals from all backgrounds, but primarily focuses on assisting children, adolescents, and teens cope with a variety of mental health conditions, including trauma and mood related disorders, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and oppositional behaviors. Sarah works with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based treatment techniques that are tailored to each person's (or group's) needs.
