Our work together will focus on gaining a deep understanding of what it is like to be you, sifting through strengths, challenges, and the simple (yet ever complex) state of being human. I believe that everyone has intrinsic worth, no matter where they are on their journey, and I'm here to help you find that within, while sifting through the uncomfortable parts of life that may be getting in your way. Whether your personal challenges are family relationships, work, finding your place with others, or getting through the day, I will support you in finding your own way to be at peace in the world, however winding that path might be. Building a positive therapeutic rapport is primary in my work with clients, as change cannot happen until genuine trust is established. I emphasize authenticity in the relationship, recognizing that we are co-creating a space together. Through this, we can work toward finding internal strengths, deep connection, and ways to live more fully within yourself.
