Welcome! I am a LICSW in private practice (currently telehealth only) seeing adults for individual therapy. I am most passionate about working with individuals coping with eating disorders/body image issues, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth. Together we can work on identifying your inner critic and on being more compassionate to yourself in order to create the life you want to live. I work in an interactive, compassionate and nonjudgmental way with clients to help them examine their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and set reasonable treatment goals.
