I have worked with a wide range of individuals and families, adults and children, to deal with life's challenges. My passion for helping people who are hurting and unsatisfied with "the way things are" has enabled me to help numerous families, couples, parents, children, and individuals find a balance in life and new paths to travel. Using a systemic approach, I help my clients understand forces at work in their lives and find ways they are comfortable with to overcome the difficulties they are experiencing. My focus is to meet my clients where they are, because reaching out for help can be hard! Additionally, I offer neurofeedback training when you need more than traditional therapy.
