Hi there! I'm Sarah, licensed clinical social worker of 10 years and my expertise consists of working with women's issues, depression, anxiety, grief and relational trauma. My practice also consists of providing care to clients with chronic illness, grief/loss, and addiction in medical and therapeutic settings. I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space for you to release shame, guilt, and thought patterns that are keeping you stuck. Together we can work to build skills and create habits that support the best version of yourself. I love to make therapy approachable for all and truly believe in our ability to heal. My approach is supportive, affirming and empowering. I use evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT and IFS inspired techniques. My focus is on holistic, trauma-informed care. I have treated clients from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life, including the LGBTQ+ community.
