Hi, I’m Sarah — a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) therapist passionate about walking alongside my clients through life’s challenges at their own pace. I work with individuals across the lifespan, couples, and families, using a blend of CBT, DBT, EMDR, attachment-based therapy, and more, tailored to each person’s unique needs. My mission is to create a warm, compassionate space where healing can happen naturally. I value authenticity, connection, and meeting people where they are. Therapy with me is human-to-human, which means I get how tough life can be and can bring real-life empathy to each session.
