Currently I have two psychotherapists within my practice accepting clients. The center of our work is compassion for ourselves, for our messy lives, for our mistakes and challenges. My practice is based on the spirit-mind-body. In this framework I provide spiritual guidance to spiritual seekers and within professional supervision. My extensive background has focused on spiritual questioning, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and severe trauma. I am also EMDR certified.
