I will help you gain insight into your stress, as well as negative thought patterns and habits, and assist you in implementing cognitive behavioral skills to change them. In our first session together, we'll start with introductions and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us collaborate on an individualized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
