Come as you are, I will meet you right where you're at and go from there. I intend to sit with you through what you bring to the space and support you through understanding, empathy, and a perspective while we explore together. I consider myself eclectic and flexible with various strategies when it comes to care. I understand that some approaches may work while others may not. I adjust, navigate, and come up with creative ideas and solutions while also leaning on some helpful skills as needed from theories such as CBT, DBT, strength and resilience-based therapy, human-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care.
