At times, we can feel overly anxious, depressed, insecure, or simply feel lost. Maybe you're dealing with the loss of someone close, struggling with relationships, or going through a big life change and trying to figure out who you are and what’s next. My goal is to help you take back control and feel empowered as you navigate it all. I have a passion for working with those in all stages of life, with a focus on resolving unprocessed trauma.
