Therapy is an opportunity to develop greater conscious awareness, clearing up blind spots, thereby forging a path to an aligned life. Together, collaboratively, we develop a method for slowing down your inner processes so that your sense of yourself and your life can come into a view that is more full and clear and from there you can then make empowered decisions.
