Do you ever wonder what comes next? Worry about loneliness, issues around aging, sense of purpose or connections? I specialize in helping with the many transitions of life. In the family-building years, I help with challenges such as anxiety, fear, guilt, negative relationships, addiction, family conflicts, trauma, and other distressing emotions that impact one’s ability to function. With older adults, I work on managing transitions like retirement, downsizing, family and friends moving away, and chronic or terminal illnesses. These life experiences often bring on depression, anxiety, loss of identity, and even loneliness.
