Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my undergraduate degree from Florida State University, and Masters from the University of Denver. I have been working in the mental health field for almost ten years in different roles. In my current practice, I help young adults struggling with depression and anxiety to develop coping skills and become the best versions of themselves. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
