I chose to pursue a career in mental health because of my passion for helping people to experience wholeness and to walk in freedom. Throughout my time in practice, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and in many different seasons of life by offering hope, support, and new tools to empower and equip on the journey toward health and healing. I use a client-centered approach and have a strengths-based perspective that emphasizes the value of each individual.
