Dr. Sarah is a limited licensed psychologist committed to empowering individuals to live in accordance with their values and helping people make sustainable changes to reach their goals. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Michigan University, and also holds a Doctorate in Health Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. She currently offers individual therapy for adults and specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, phobias, OCD, stress, and coping with chronic illness.
