For many of us, difficult emotions, thoughts, or behaviors get in the way and create roadblocks or barriers. My goal is to help you identify what keeps you feeling stuck in your life and, together, create simple solutions so that you can live a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health and can help you navigate these in a way that feels caring, compassionate and non-judgmental.
