Hi, I am Sarah, a licensed counselor and certified eating disorder specialist. I am also a wife and a mother and love to be outdoors as much as possible! Whether you find yourself struggling with your relationship with food, your body, yourself, or your future, you came to the right place. I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and families who are experiencing difficulties like eating disorders, body image concerns, perfectionism, anxiety, faith and identity concerns, and trauma. I will help you to experience healing and joy. I love to assist clients in finding clarity, identify personal values, build motivation, and take the next step toward wholeness. I use an individualized blend of CBT, ACT and other evidenced-based approaches.
