As an EMDR certified therapist, I offer my clients a refuge to process trauma, an opportunity for healing and the experience of rediscovering hope. The path to resiliency and thriving can be challenging, but worthwhile. You do not have to navigate this journey alone. I also focus on helping clients navigate major changes in life, including grief. Times of change and loss are a universal experience, but often it's when we feel most alone. I provide clients the opportunity to explore their grief and acknowledge their pain in order to move toward a place of peace.
