As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional–Level II (CCTP-II), I provide a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your experiences and rediscover your strength. I have extensive experience with trauma, grief, abuse, interpersonal violence, divorce, mood and personality disorders, multicultural relationships, and women’s issues. My goal is to meet you where you are as we work toward healing and growth. I take a collaborative and holistic approach, integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and grief-informed therapy. My goal is to empower you with insight, awareness, and skills that promote long-term emotional well-being.
