I believe people are deeply resilient. Even when life feels overwhelming, we all carry the capacity to grow and heal. Many struggles come from early patterns we developed to feel safe and loved—patterns that once protected us but may now contribute to anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges. Because our pain often shows up in relationships, I also believe relationships are a powerful pathway to healing. Together, we can notice the patterns shaping your life, explore what truly matters to you, and practice new ways of relating—both to yourself and to others. My role is to walk alongside you as you discover your strengths, build healthier connections, and move toward your goals. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
