I’m Sarah Snyder, a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping children and adults on their journey toward wellness. I create a warm, supportive environment where you or your child can overcome challenges and discover hope and healing through our work together. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience assisting individuals in overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, life stressors, emotional regulation issues, self-injurious behaviors, and various mental health disorders. My approach is integrative, attachment-based, compassionate, and client-centered, focusing on each person’s unique strengths and needs.
