Hello, my approach to counseling is a supportive and encouraging, person-centered approach, recognizing each individual is a unique accumulation of their own life experiences and circumstances. I want to support you on your journey to learn, grow and heal as you create the life you would like to live. I am a lifelong learner and counseling is my second career. I have over 18 years of experience in leadership, training, and project management in a corporate setting and changed careers after deciding that I wanted to help people in a new and more creative way, and completed a masters in counseling and art therapy.
