My ideal clients are experiencing burnout in helping professions, diagnosed or suspected neurodivergent, or in life transitions. You know there's more out there, but are stuck in a routine of your own making that doesn’t match what you know is possible. My clients are highly intelligent, self aware, and marginalized people who have a history of trauma and have struggled with perfectionism and over-achieving their entire lives. You may people please, feel overly empathetic and drained by others’ problems and emotions, or wonder why others don’t notice the larger, systemic issues at work or in society that seem so obvious to you.
