Life is full of ups and downs. Pain and suffering are a natural part of the human experience. However, when we get stuck in one of these downtimes and are unable to move forward that is when it is time to seek help. My job as your therapist is to help guide you through the rough patches and help you move forward. Every person is unique, and we will work together to figure out the best plan for you. Collaboration and communication are key to a successful therapeutic relationship. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life stage change, and other adjustment disorders. I look forward to working with you.
