I am passionate about helping people who struggle with complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I work from a trauma informed lens where I utilize education about trauma's effects on the body as well as up to date coping skills and therapeutic techniques, such as EMDR, CBT, and Vibroacoustics to help my clients get the symptom treatment they seek. My hope is that my clients leave my office feeling better than when they came in. I pride myself in providing a comfortable, judgement free space to get transformational help. Due to my experience living in 6 different states, I enjoy working with difficult life transitions, whether you have just moved or are going through a separation. As a queer therapist, it is important to me to keep a sex positive, kink-informed environment along with gender affirming care.
