Hello! My name is Sarah, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Southern California. I specialize in working with immigrants and children of immigrants to empower them to overcome the unique challenges of balancing East/West cultural norms. You're the expert of your life, I am here to empower you and offer different perspectives. I earned my Bachelors degree in Health Sciences, and my Masters degree in Marital and Family therapy. My clinical background includes working with people in outpatient settings and higher levels of care, supporting people in creating a life worth living. Following a complimentary consultation call, our first session will primarily focus on gathering personal and family history, what your goals are for therapy, and what you see the best version of you doing. Future sessions will be tailored and focused to the goals set in this first appointment.
