I believe everyone can use a bit of extra support and guidance from someone, and that is exactly what I am here for. Whether someone is looking for trauma work, coping skills, boosting self-esteem, to reframing negative thoughts, I am happy to start exploring these things in session! I strive to meet someone where they are at and collaborate with them to find appropriate therapy goals.
