Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m so glad you’re here! I know that navigating the challenges of parenthood, perinatal loss, or living in a world that wasn’t built for your brain can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to go through it alone. My passion is helping people like you find support, healing, and hope. I have specialized training and certification from Postpartum Support International in postpartum depression, anxiety, pregnancy loss, and stillbirth. But, I also come to our sessions as a fellow neurodivergent parent who deeply understands the complexities of this journey.
