Hi there :) reaching out for help is one of the hardest things anyone can do, and often times it can feel overwhelming to acknowledge what needs to change. One of my goals as a therapist is to help you process your pain and become your best self through a combination of advocacy, assertiveness training, and humor. No matter what our individual struggle is, whether trauma, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, or family stress, we all have the same goal: to be the most healthy and happiest version of ourselves.
