I support people at every stage, whether you are a teen figuring out who you are and where you belong, a twenty-something navigating friendships, dating, and career decisions, or a mom in the thick of it, carrying the weight of trying to "get it right." I offer a safe place to process the messiness of life. If you are feeling stuck, lost, or like everybody else has it all figured out, you are not alone. We can walk through this together. I bring years of experience working with children, teens, and adults, including those navigating the foster care system. I’ve spent many years walking alongside teenagers through the ups and downs of life, offering steady support through seasons of change and challenge. My heart is to meet you where you are and help you find greater peace, purpose and joy.
