Regardless of the therapeutic modality that we work with, I place importance on a relational approach that builds a strong and comfortable therapeutic alliance. My goal is to create a space that emphasizes warmth, compassion, and understanding. During our time together, I can support you in learning how to cope with difficult experiences and feelings and facilitate an environment for personal growth. As your therapist, my goal is to foster a safe and affirming space for you to discover, create, and achieve your goals. I typically use ACT, IFS, or mindfulness based approaches, but I practice flexibility in finding the right modality for each person.
