My approach is relational, eclectic, trauma-informed, and embraces you as a whole person, with a foundational acknowledgement that we all carry both individual and collective wounds. I work well with adults from all walks of life who struggle with stress and imbalance exacerbated by big changes, internal narratives, oppressive systems, and entrenched patterns of relating and coping. Sessions are tailored to your needs and incorporate self-examination and skill-building.
