Dr. Sarah West, Ph.D., LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and a certified School Counselor in both Connecticut and New Jersey. She holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision and has worked in both school settings and private practice. Dr. West believes that effective therapy starts with a strong, collaborative counselor-client relationship. She provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and work toward meaningful personal growth and emotional well-being.
