Are you feeling distressed, unexplained irritability, stressed, sadness or fearful? These can be signs of trauma. Trauma can appear big or small to the outside observer, but it affects each person differently. Often times seemingly "small traumas" can have a monumental impact on our life and ability to experience happiness. I have been working with teens and adults for 10 years. I integrate various research- based interventions to tailor treatment based on individual needs. My approach works well with people who embrace change and also with those who may be resistant to it. My areas of clinical specialties include, but are not limited to, trauma and PTSD, addiction/dual-diagnosis, adjustment difficulties, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. My style is warm and collaborative. I am laid back and have been known to bring humor into sessions. Most importantly, I am always focused on meeting your treatment goals.
