I specialize in working with folks who are dealing with many types of grief (death, identity, divorce, retirement), life-transitions, managing the stress of caregiving for a sick or disabled loved one, dealing with a dementia diagnosis and coping with terminal illness/end of life issues. I aim to make therapy a non-judgmental, collaborative space where there is room for all stories and experiences. I enjoy working with folks from diverse backgrounds and various identities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and am kink/poly allied.
