Accepting new patients for in person or telehealth sessions. If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, unsettled or blue, you may need a helping hand to shift toward growth and healing. I provide a safe and welcoming space to explore this process. I have experience treating clients for anxiety, unmanaged anger, depression, social anxiety, trauma/PTSD, family difficulties, sports performance, difficulty adjusting to life circumstances, ADHD and difficulty communicating. I also work with gifted and 2e individuals throughout the lifespan.
