I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Life Coach (BCC) with over 30 years of training in the mental health and coaching field. With a holistic orientation, I offer treatment for anxiety and stress related issues that focus on learning to initiate the relaxation response, reducing anxiety provoking messages, & decrease avoidance based behaviors . My training includes evidence based treatments like CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, ART and EMDR to target anxiety, depression, impulse and behavioral issues.
