I have experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, trauma recovery, grief, self-esteem, burnout, stress, relationship concerns or life transitions. I offer a compassionate and inclusive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based.
