If you’re dealing with burnout, major life changes, parenting stress, relationship issues, or just trying to get through the day, I offer a space where you can talk honestly without judgment. I work with adults, kids (4+), and couples who want straightforward conversation and practical tools. I support people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, divorce or separation, and the unique stressors that come with military life.
