Life can feel overwhelming, heavy, and unpredictable, which creates a cycle of worry and an inability to change patterns of thoughts and behaviors. Therapy is the space to make those shifts, at a pace that is comfortable for you. True change requires honesty, curiosity, accountability, and compassion for yourself, which are all integral to my approach.
