My aim as a therapist is to help you understand more about what holds you back from creating the life you want and transform these stuck parts of yourself into inner resources of strength, comfort, and freedom. We will navigate the joy and messiness of being human and empower you to live a more meaningful, harmonious life. I support clients of all abilities, races, genders, and sexual orientation. I take an intersectional, Systemic approach which understands there are many systems outside ourselves heavily impacting our overall wellness. I offer a diverse range of therapeutic approaches to best meet your needs, a few being IFS, Somatic, Narrative, and ACT.
