If exhaustion, a rage episode, or a breakdown has you realizing, “I don’t want to live this way anymore,” I can help. I work with executive women who are also the primary parent, to set boundaries without guilt, ask for what they need effectively, and feel present with their kids and partners. I offer weekly therapy, therapy intensives, and couples counseling that balances cultural and social realities and prioritizes true liberation.
