I am Satya Indukuri, Licensed Clinician at Vasista Behavioral Health. We are a team of Licensed Mental health Professionals with 15+ years of experience in the field with a wellness approach. We provide a safe, confidential and non judgmental environment to help individuals and families navigate life's challenges and changes. As clinicians from different backgrounds and cultures , we address challenges and barriers, and acknowledge and accept the differences that are culturally sensitive. We explore and address the underlying causes of distress, while also building resilience and coping skills to help you thrive in the future. We integrate and use evidence based mindfulness, solution-focused therapy with Cognitive Behavioral modalities. We work collaboratively with clients to empower them with the tools and insights they need to make positive changes in their lives.
