My goal is to help you feel clearer, calmer, and more confident in how you handle stress, relationships, and everyday challenges. I take an eclectic, person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to who you are. I specialize in working with a variety of mental health diagnoses including, but not limited to, Anxiety, Depression, BPD, and OCD. Therapy with me feels calm, supportive, and grounded.
