I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic illness, body image, grief, loss, and identity exploration. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to develop skills that support meaningful and sustainable change. As a therapist of South Asian background, I am especially passionate about working with individuals from marginalized groups who may feel unheard, misunderstood, or pressured to balance multiple identities and expectations. I approach therapy with cultural humility and an understanding of how systemic factors and lived experiences shape mental health.
